1). Oasis de Las Palmeras
The Oasis de las Palmeras is in an ideal location, being next to the stunning Bolnuevo sand erosions. The front part of the Oasis complex is a beach bar, looking out across the sand and sea, with plenty of shady umbrellas offering refreshments and tapas all day.
Whilst the menu includes traditional tapas such as tortillas, pork in tomato and stuffed sweet peppers, there are also a good range of fishy tapas available to reflect Mazarrons sea-faring tradition in the form of squid, octopus and prawns, including vegetarian options.
A shady side terrace is popular with locals in the know who come here to enjoy a coffee or a spot of breakfast in peace, but the Oasis also has a newly refurbished family dining area which serves up a range of pizzas, pastas, hamburgers and salads...

The latest renovations to the 120 year old building were completed in July 2009. Previously in its history it was the original church of the village, a schoolhouse, fisherman’s store and a dive centre! It’s a colourful and eclectic environment, just like us. With staff from Spain, Ireland, Scotland, England , Holland, Italy, Romania and France at present we can usually make ourselves understood no matter where you are from!

Bistro Bulgaria Camposol
The Bistro Bulgaria is an atmospheric Bistro on the Camposol Commercial Sector B, which offers a good selection of meals, including snacks, with a twist of something a little bit different : Bulgarian food.
The restaurant itself has been decorated to create a homely and welcoming atmosphere, with cheerful table cloths and an all original Bulgarian country feel, with both an inside area, and covered outdoor area.
The climate of Bulgaria means that its cuisine is rich in dairy, meats and spicy seasoning's, the food rich and satisfying.
A number of more popular Bulgarian dishes appear on this menu, including a number of meat ball dishes, stuffed with various fillings and speciality dishes, marinated meats cooked slowly in ceramic pots, and stuffed cabbage leaves, filled with rice and mince.
There are also dishes familiar to expats such as schnitzel, and a range of grilled fish options, as well as a selection of creative salads and Bulgarian meats and cheeses.

The menus are carefully designed to appeal to a variety of tastes, with a mixture of traditional British classics, dishes with a definite continental slant and those showing oriental influence, but are all cleverly adapted to ensure that food is presented in an attractive fashion with flavours to complement the core ingredients.
There's no question of a piece of griddled chicken breast drenched in olive oil appearing on a plate with a few tired looking French fries, the chicken here will be offered with a sage and mushroom sauce, or the mussels in a fennel and cava broth or green thai coconut sauce.

Viva Restaurant & Bar
Viva Bar and Restaurant is located right on the beachfront of the Mar Menor at the northern end of the rustic fishing village of Los Nietos with superb panoramic views overlooking the islands and the distant La Manga strip.
Opened in April 2009 by Lee and Hayley from Leicestershire, who have reformed a once tired cafe open only during the summer into one of the best appointed bar and restaurants in the area.
Spread over three levels, with ample seating outside on the beachfront paseo, inside their large glazed terrace or in the contemporary evening restaurant within the main building, you will be able to try their delicious, freshly prepared menu whilst enjoying the views.
Their menu offers a varied selection of carefully prepared, delicious cuisine, including fresh and vibrant salads, mains such as Galician lamb cutlets, Chicken Stroganoff and Vegetarian Lasagne and a great choice of baguettes and wraps. Their authentic paellas are made using a traditional Valencian recipe and the steaks are aged for 21 days for tenderness and depth of flavour.
Every weekend throughout the summer come and join us for delicious fresh seafood by the sea! Our special menu includes fresh dorada, swordfish, Mar Menor sardines and some of the best paella on the coast.
Open seven days, Viva Bar and Restaurant is located at the very end of the promenade towards the villages of Los Urrutias and Los Alcazares and is clearly signposted from the main road opposite the last train terminal on the outskirts of the village.
