Area Sunset Beach Lounge Restaurant La manga Strip
Area Sunset is a vast restaurant and lounge bar complex, situated at El Pedruchillo on the La Manga Strip, La Manga del Mar Menor.
It´s deliberately designed to ensure that there´s something on offer to suit all tastes and all budgets, with different zones to suit the service and style of food and drink on offer.
Area Sunset is located right on the edge of the beach, so step out of the door straight onto the sands and into the Mar Menor. Directly on the beachfront are parasols and beachbeds , with sailing and sea equipment for hire, and the restaurant is about 100 metres from the departure and arrivals point of the Los Alcázares to la Manga ferry. One of the most popular areas is the ,b>cheerful beach frontage, welcome shade from the heat of the day, with a range of drinks, ice creams and snack meals on offer. Choose from a variety of 
sandwiches, burgers, salads, pizzas and more traditional Spanish snacks, with superb views out across the Mar Menor.
At night time this is one of the best locations on the Mar Menor to watch the sun go down, and there are some spectacular photographs in the bar area showing the sunsets which can be experienced from this location.
There are two separate A la Carte Restaurant areas. One of these is open air with shady al-fresco dining and the other offers air conditioned comfort for those who prefer a cooler environment in which to eat.

Bacchus
Bacchus is a friendly and welcoming restaurant which is located on the Oasis Commercial Centre in Los Narejos, Los Alcázares
It has been owned and run by Heléne and Christer for more than 5 years, and offers sensible and flavoursome International cuisine, with a distinctly Scandinavian twist.
Between them, Heléne and Christer have over 30 years experience in the restaurant trade, and have developed a philosophy of offering practical and filling dishes, with sympathetic and well chosen flavourings.
One of their most popular dishes is what´s called a Plankstek.
These dishes are served on a wooden oak platter, accompanied with piped and grilled mashed potatoes, subtly flavoured with herbs, accompanied by bacon wrapped asparagus and a tomato gratin.

La Encarnacion Hotel and Restaurant Los Alcazares
The hotel restaurant is very popular with both holiday makers and locals, offering atmospheric dining in an elegant setting, nostalgic furnishings echoing an era of splendour and elegance, when quality and attention of service was the privilege of the middle classes.

Laüdan Restaurant Roldan Murcia
Laüdan is a characterful Tapas bar / Restaurant located in the centre of Roldan which serves a selection of drinks, tapas and light snacks during the day, and an A la Carte or Menu de Noche during the evening.
It has a comfortable, traditionally Spanish atmosphere, and is somehow more welcoming than many of the bars and tapas bars which proliferate in town centres, substituting the fluorescent lighting and white tiles which seem to be standard, with warm colours, comfortable wooden chairs and a cheerful feel of the Spanish countryside.

Miramar Restaurant Cabo de Palos Murcia
The Miramar Restaurant at Cabo de Palos was established in 1969 and has gained a reputation as one of the foremost Spanish fish restaurants in the area.
It is located on the corner of the port area of Cabo de Palos, so overlooks the busy comings and goings of an active fishing port from a 2 storey building, which offers diners the chance to either eat inside in an air conditioned environment, watching the activities in the port from the comfort of shade and cool, via floor to ceiling glass windows, or to savour the outside atmosphere from beneath a shady awning.
The restaurant was originally a haunt for the locals, but as it evolved, gained a good reputation as offering quality food, so attracted clientele from nearby Cartagena and holiday traffic.
Being right down in the fishing port, the fish on the menu doesn´t get much fresher, so this is a good choice for those who particularly like fish.
There are other meats on the menu, including goat, chicken and steak, but the restaurant really does specialise in local fish, so offers a range of locally caught fresh dishes, including the famous Mar Menor prawns and Dorada from local fisheries.

San Antonio Balneario La Encarnación Snack bar and Restaurant
The Balneario belonging to the Hotel la Encarnación offers one of the most interesting dining and refreshments options in the Mar Menor, being the last remaining Balneario of its kind.
The Balneario today is a really special place to enjoy the essence of the Mar Menor, open for snacks, drinks and tapas throughout the day, as well as offering both a lunchtime Menu del día and Menu de Noche in the evening.
The standard menu includes both hot and cold Spanish favourites, with a strong accent on Spanish fish dishes, but also has a selection of both German favourites and British dishes, such as Pie and chips.
The lunchtime menu is a reasonable 12 euros, with salad, starter, main dish , dessert and bread and butter , ( drinks excluded.) and in the evening there is an extremely good value evening menu for only 6.50 euros, which offers outstanding value for money.
But what really sets this restaurant apart from any other in the Mar Menor is the location.

Viva Restaurant & Bar
Viva Bar and Restaurant is located right on the beachfront of the Mar Menor at the northern end of the rustic fishing village of Los Nietos with superb panoramic views overlooking the islands and the distant La Manga strip.
Opened in April 2009 by Lee and Hayley from Leicestershire, who have reformed a once tired cafe open only during the summer into one of the best appointed bar and restaurants in the area.
Spread over three levels, with ample seating outside on the beachfront paseo, inside their large glazed terrace or in the contemporary evening restaurant within the main building, you will be able to try their delicious, freshly prepared menu whilst enjoying the views.
Their menu offers a varied selection of carefully prepared, delicious cuisine, including fresh and vibrant salads, mains such as Galician lamb cutlets, Chicken Stroganoff and Vegetarian Lasagne and a great choice of baguettes and wraps. Their authentic paellas are made using a traditional Valencian recipe and the steaks are aged for 21 days for tenderness and depth of flavour.
Every weekend throughout the summer come and join us for delicious fresh seafood by the sea! Our special menu includes fresh dorada, swordfish, Mar Menor sardines and some of the best paella on the coast.
Open seven days, Viva Bar and Restaurant is located at the very end of the promenade towards the villages of Los Urrutias and Los Alcazares and is clearly signposted from the main road opposite the last train terminal on the outskirts of the village.
