CM Constructions was formed in 1987 by Colin and Mark, working in the La Marina district of Alicante.

During the next 13 years the company carried out a wide range of construction projects, everything from minor works to extensions, pools, reforms, garden make-overs and full villa constructions.

In January 2000 the company opened its' Camposol office, which is located next to the Ferreteria at Number 5, Camposol Commercial Sector, A.

 

Since that time they have been working extensively thoughout  the Camposol Urbanisation and in surrounding areas, including the Mazarron Country Club, Fuente Alamo, The Port of Mazarron, Totana and Alhama, carrying out a full range of building contracts at all levels, from small alterations, extensions and repairs, to major villa and outdoor construction projects.

The service begins at an administrative level, with the option to arrange all necessary permits, plans and licences.

All of our builders are highly experienced , fully legal and licenced, and have had many years experience working with both Spanish materials and Spanish construction methods.

Walls raised and slabbing around pool, no mess and no nasty surprises with the bill at the end. MSN Group Post         Last year we wanted to take half our floor down to extend our roof solarium and make a balcony. We had various quotes in the end picked the middle one. That was Mark & his dad from A Sector Camposol, they were very professional, they took us to other clients to view their work and ask any questions. The work was completed on time, the workmen worked from 8am - 6pm (January), cleaned up every night and we are thrilled with the workmanship. Yes he is registered and for our piece of mind, we feel we did the best thing.
