Would any of you like to join other ten pin bowlers on a thursday evening in Lorca?

These bowlers drive over from Camposol, Mazarron to Lorca, but could just as well be from Aguilas or Cehegin.

We've been contacted by Brian and his friends who go to Lorca every Thursday evening to play ten pin bowls in a full sized alley. Their original enquiry was whether there might be other people in the Mazarron area who would like to car share and join them, as they drive up from Camposol to play, but are also very open to the possibility of meeting people from other areas who might like to join them in Lorca to play ,and broaden out the league. Lorca is a very easy drive from Aguilas, Caravaca, Cehegin, or across from the centre of the region- Totana or Alhama, so if you'd like to join in with these guys why not send them an email and maybe get more of a regional league going.

     We are a group of men who enjoy Ten Pin Bowling. We are looking for more players men or women but only adults please.

      We meet in Cats Bar on sector "A" Camposol every Thursday night at 20.00. We travel to a bowling alley in Lorca and always play 3 games, at a cost of €3.00 per game (less in summer) price includes shoe hire. We car share to keep down the costs with each passenger paying his driver €2.00 to help with fuel costs etc. So for an outlay of just €11.00 + drinks you can enjoy a fun night out. We have a weekly competition that every player is entered into and a league that you can join if you wish. We operate a handicap system to give everyone a chance of winning. Normally we are back in Camposol by 11pm. 

       To join our league costs an additional €2.00 per week but for this you get a "free night out" on finals night that includes 3 games of bowling, food & drinks, this takes place approximately every 15 weeks. You don't have to play every week to be in the league as only your 5 best scores (total of all 3 games played in one night) + your finals night score count, but you must pay the  €2.00 fee, even for the weeks that you may have missed. If you can't go to finals night your fees, can be refunded or carried over to the following "season ".
