First of the seasons' Motocross events, Lorca, 28th March

What's on in Murcia, Motocross in Lorca

 

The first of the Regional Motocross events takes place at the Circuito Las Minas in Lorca on the 28th March.

Originally scheduled for the 21st, this was suspended due to the rain and will now take place on the 28th.

Its' being run by the Moto Club La Penarrubia, Tel number 628 273 406

 

Technical verifications take place between 8am and 9am, with the racing following on from there.

There are quite a few categories, and as it's the first race of the season, there's likely to be a good turnout.

As normal, anyone is welcome to turn up and watch what's going on.

This is a fairly rough and ready venue, up behind the cement works on the Caravaca road, about 1.5 km from the Autovia just outside Lorca, and is a fairly dusty venue to put it mildly, so don't wear white!

 

Click for rough map. Come off Autovia, Lorca and head for Caravaca, you'll find the track about 1.5km along this road.
