What to do, Los Alcazares, Keep Fit classes for men.

Keep Fit classes for men are starting up again at the Las Claras centre in Los Alcazares, every Tuesday between 11am and noon.

The classes are all done by a qualified instructor, and are not intended to have you out there running marathons, they're more designed  to increase mobility and improve heart and lung capacity by an enjoyable session which involves team games, activities and free standing exercise.

The morning is all about fun and enjoyment, and enjoying a bit of gentle exercise.

The classes start again on March 16^th and cost 4 euros per session.
